Gyan Ganga International Public School was incepted in
the year 2074 B.S. (2017 A.D.) by Lr. Pavan Kumar Sah
{M.B.S. , B.Ed. ,PRT (Ph.D)}. who holds a rich academic,
Managerial and leading experience of more then 20 years.

General Rules & Regulations
UNIFORM: Students have to come in clean pressed school uniform. Every morning the uniform is checked during the assembly and the student who is not in proper uniform may not be allowed to attend classes.

DISCIPLINE: Self imposed disciplinary habits are inculcated in students. They are thought to respect not only their teachers and elders but also the younger ones. No indiscipline is tolerated. Since corporal punishment in not permitted. Student indulging in such habits is first counseled, then warned and on persisting, he/she will be expelled from school. However, the student committing a grievous offence is liable to be expelled from school without warning. The security deposit of such student may be forfeited.

ATTENDANCE: Minimum seventy five percent attendance is generally required for a student to be considered for promotion . Therefore, parents are expected to ensure regularity in attendance. Written permission from the principal must be taken for any planned absence. Besides, whenever a student is absent, a leave note must be written in the diary of the student and send on the day he /she rejoins. For absence of more than seven days, in case of sickness, leave application should be accompanied with a medical certificate. Otherwise student will be sent back home if he does not come to school with leave application. The student who is absent continuously for 60 days without the permission of the principal, his/her name will be struck off from the register.

WITHDRAWAL: Student may be withdrawn from school at the end of a session. Written notice to this effect should be submitted to the principal at least one month before that end of the current session. Mid-session withdrawal is prohibited. Transfer certificate and other documents will be released only after completing these formalities. Security deposit will however, be paid only during stipulated time. The same rule will be applicable in the case of hostel students. In addition however, service charges for the new session will be applicable in every new session.

EXPULSION: As student may be expelled form school on the following grounds with or without prior notice:
 Not clearing school dues for three consequent months.
 Repeated indiscipline, misbehavior, improper uniform, habitual late coming.
 Committing an offence which makes his/her presence detrimental for school functioning.
Note: - The security deposit of an expelled student is forfeited.

ALTERATION OF RULES AND REGULATION: The Board or Directors, reserves the right to alter any of the above rules and regulation and /or add new rules. Notice to this effect will be provided to students ans parents as soon as possible.

PUNCTUALITY: The school starts with a common prayer at assembly. All students are required to join the assembly. Habitual late coming is considered as indiscipline and action is taken accordingly.

TOURS/VISIT: The school will preinform students and guardians as per need about tour or visit.

HOLIDAYS: The school is closed on every saturdays, unlees other wise specified in the school calendar. Besides, the school also remain closed on all holidays sanctioned by government of Nepal. Other holidays, viz. Term breakes, festival breakes, summr-vications etc. Are notified in the school calendar, distributed to students at the beginning of each session.

EXTRA-ACTIVITY: Extra-Activity will be conducted accounting to school calender and pre-notice from school administration.

TRANSPORTATION: The school provides transport facilities to days scholars at an extra cost. The charge depends upon the distance covered. At specific time, the student is collected from the notified place by school vehicle. It cannot wait for students at any stop and the students reaching late have to make own arrangements to reach school.

FINANCIAL RULES: The account office is only permitted to deal with all financial matters. Cash is to be paid only at the account office, during office hours.
Bills for a month are dispatched through students between 25th and 30th the preceding Nepalese month. Parents who do not receive the bill should contact the office and collect a duplicate bill. Bills should be cleared by the 5th of the current Nepalese month, failing which fine shall be charged.

COMPLAINTS: Parents should send complaints to the principal’s office, in written from, if any. The complaints will be looked at the earliest and essential steps are taken to rectify the defects.

ONLINE ADMISSION: The school has digital system to enroll student in different classes. The guardian can have information about every thing through our website: www.gyangangaipstc.edu.np and school app.
